Carry-on Luggage
1 cabin of 12 Kg max. authorized
Size : 50X35X25 cm (pockets, wheels and handles included)
For safety reasons, any non-compliant carry-on luggage will be checked in and carried in hold. Fees may apply.
Authorized accessories in cabin:
In addition to your carry-on luggage you are allowed one personal accessory : purse, briefcas, bag for laptop, camera or other electronic device.
For safety reasons and cabin space restrictions your carry-on may be checked in and transfered to our hold.
Extra
Baggage allowance for babies:
We offer you an extra allowance of 12kg when you are travelling with your baby, for a peaceful flight.
Excess luggage:
If you exceed the baggage allowance on our scheduled flights, you will be charged an extra-fee of 5 euros per extra kilo at check-in.
Extra luggage:
Until day-1 departure you can add an extra luggage, contact our booking service. You will be charged 75€ per extra luggage
On departure day you can pay your extra luggage at check-in desk. You will be charged 100€ per extra luggage.
Hold Baggage
1 hold bagage of 23 Kg max. authorized
Size 80 X 60 X 35 cm (pockets, wheels and handles included)
The maximum weight allowed for a hold luggage is 32kg, over contact our cargo service.
The baggage allowance on charter flights may be different.

Prohibited and regulated items for transport:
For safety reasons, some items and products are prohibited on board or are regulated.

Unaccompanied Minors
Requirements:
A UM is a child travelling alone, aged from 6 to 11 years old (included).
The number of UM being limited per flight, please send your demand to our booking service.
Once confirmed, you will complete the UM travel form, it will be requested at check-in desk.
Passengers who need asssistance
To facilitate your trip it is very important that you ask for assistance when booking your tickets and at least 48 hours before your departure.
Some specific assistance (transport of personal wheelchair, guide dog ) require a prior request to our booking service specifying the type of assistance needed. Our booking service will contact to finalize your booking as soon as possible.
We remind you that, for safety reasons, the allocation of seats at emergency exists is not allowed to persons with disabilities.
Pets in Hold
In hold we only accept cats and dogs. The cage mus meet the IATA requirements

Please be aware that when you fly to another country with pets, you are subject to local government regulations concerning the import, export and transit of live animals.
Fly-WI is not liable for the refused entry of your pet into any country.

Pets in Cabin
We accept your pets (only cats and dogs) on board.
Only one animal per passenger whose total weight does not exceed 8 kg (included the bag).
Please contact our booking service, the transport of pets in cabin is subject to prior agreement.
Emotional Support Animals
(ESAN)
Only dogs and cats recognized as "emotional support animals or psychiatric assistance (ESAN)" whose weight does not exceed 8 kg are accepted in the cabin for qualified persons with disabilities. A medical certificate dating back less than one year is mandatory. This certificate must be prepared by a mental health specialist (psychologist, psychiatrist) and certify your regular monitoring and your permanent need for the presence of the animal.
